Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nido (nido.host) and form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Nido. Please read them carefully before using the service. By using Nido you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nido (including its website, dashboard, Chrome extension, and API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Nido is an AI-powered listing analysis tool for short-term rental hosts. We provide:
- AI-generated listing scores and letter grades
- Suggested rewrites of listing titles and descriptions
- Keyword gap analysis and semantic reports
- Review response suggestions
- Market and competitive insights
- A Chrome extension for extracting listing data from Airbnb
All outputs are suggestions and informational in nature only. They do not constitute professional advice — legal, financial, marketing, or otherwise. You should use your own judgment before acting on any recommendation.
3. No Guarantee of Results
- Increased bookings or occupancy rate
- Higher search ranking on Airbnb or any other platform
- Increased nightly rate or total revenue
- Improved guest reviews or ratings
- Acceptance of AI-generated copy by any third-party platform
The performance of a short-term rental listing depends on a large number of factors entirely outside Nido's control, including market conditions, platform algorithms, seasonality, property location, host behaviour, pricing, and competition. A high score from Nido does not guarantee commercial success, and a low score does not mean your listing will fail.
AI models may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using or publishing it.
4. Host Responsibility
You are solely and exclusively responsible for:
- All changes you make to your listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or any other platform. Nido provides suggestions — you decide what to change, when, and how.
- Compliance with third-party platform terms. You must ensure that any AI-generated content you publish complies with the terms of service of the platform on which you list your property. Nido is not affiliated with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or any other platform and cannot guarantee that our suggestions meet their content policies.
- Accuracy of information submitted to Nido. The quality of AI analysis depends on the accuracy of the information you provide. Nido is not responsible for outputs based on inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading input.
- Compliance with local laws. You are responsible for ensuring your short-term rental activity complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and tax obligations.
- Guest safety and property standards. Nido has no involvement in the operation of your rental property. You remain solely responsible for the safety, condition, and legal compliance of your property and for all interactions with guests.
5. Account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Nido.
- One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.
- You must notify us immediately at hello@nido.host if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
6. Subscription & Billing
Nido offers the following plans:

- Billing is monthly, in advance, via Stripe. Applicable VAT is added based on your country of residence.
- We reserve the right to change prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, and download invoices at any time via the billing portal in your Account settings.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Manage billing button in your Account settings, or by emailing hello@nido.host.
- On cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed, except where required by applicable law.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing data.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to Nido without our written consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
- Use the service to generate content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or in violation of any platform's content policies.
- Circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or any technical measures we put in place.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you are in breach of these terms.
9. Third-Party Platforms & Services
Nido is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or any other short-term rental platform.
Nido uses the following third-party services to operate. By using Nido, you acknowledge that your data is processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies:
- Anthropic — AI analysis (your listing content is sent to Anthropic's API)
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- PostHog — product analytics
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
10. Intellectual Property
Nido, its brand, design, and proprietary algorithms are our intellectual property and may not be used without our written permission.
Your listing content (titles, descriptions, photos, etc.) remains entirely yours. AI-generated analysis output belongs to you and may be used freely. We do not claim any rights over the content you submit or the reports generated from it.
By submitting content to Nido, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for your purposes
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
- The service or its servers are free from viruses or harmful components
You use the service at your own risk. Always review AI-generated copy before publishing it to any platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on third-party platforms.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
- Loss of bookings or occupancy
- Reputational harm or loss of goodwill
- Data loss or corruption
- Costs of substitute services
This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nido and its operator, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your use of or access to the service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Content you submit to the service
- Changes you make to your listings on third-party platforms as a result of using Nido
- Your violation of any third-party rights or platform terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
14. Service Availability & Changes
We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any prepaid subscription period.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard. Your continued use of Nido after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.
