Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nido (including its website, dashboard, and API), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Nido is an AI-powered listing optimiser for short-term rental hosts. We provide listing scores, AI-generated rewrites, review response suggestions, and market insights to help hosts improve their listings.

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to increased bookings, higher occupancy rates, or increased revenue. AI-generated outputs are suggestions only and should always be reviewed before use.

3. Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Nido.
• One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits.

4. Subscription & Billing

Nido offers the following plans:

• Billing is monthly, in advance, via Stripe. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increase.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page, or by emailing hello@nido.app.
• On cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months already billed.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listing data.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to Nido without our written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

Nido, its brand, design, AI models, and proprietary algorithms are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

Your listing content (titles, descriptions, photos, etc.) remains entirely yours. The analysis output generated by Nido based on your listing content belongs to you and may be used freely.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.

Always review AI-generated copy before publishing it to any platform. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on third-party platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Polish law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of bookings, or reputational harm.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Polish courts.

If you are an EU consumer, you retain the right to use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
